The northeast runs on a different clock from the rest of Calgary. The airport corridor does not stop at five, the warehouses off Barlow and McKnight work around freight schedules, and a lot of the residential turnover here happens in suites rather than whole houses. We build the schedule around that instead of asking you to build yours around us.
Most of our northeast commercial work sits between Barlow Trail, McKnight Boulevard and Country Hills Boulevard — freight and logistics offices attached to warehouse bays, hotel back-of-house, and the professional space around Deerfoot City and the Horizon and Aurora business parks. We handle the practical side without fuss: dock and loading-bay access, fob and alarm codes, and a crew that can be in and out overnight so nothing lands in front of staff or customers. Cornerstone, Redstone, Cityscape, Savanna, Saddlestone and Skyview Ranch are still going up, and a lot of what is being built out there is townhome and duplex rather than detached. That changes the job: it is sequencing multiple units to one possession date rather than cleaning one house well. We handle rough and final cleans — drywall dust out of bulkheads and furnace runs, adhesive and labels off windows and appliances, overspray off tile and glass, garage slabs washed. That means a move-out here is often two cleans, not one — a basement suite with its own kitchen and entrance, cleaned and inspected separately from the main floor. Our public hours are Monday to Saturday, 7am to 7pm, but commercial cleaning in the northeast is available daytime, evening and overnight. If your operation runs shifts, we will fit the clean into the gap between them rather than interrupting one. The crew carries fall protection, CSTS, first aid and WHMIS tickets, and commercial general liability and active WCB coverage are on file — we can be named as additional insured on request.
